Estimated Date: 931-910 B.C.Synopsis: After the death of Solomon, the people come to Rehoboam to get a reduction in their burdens. Rehoboam makes a foolish decision and the northern ten tribes of Israel rebel against him and appoint Jeroboam as their king. In an effort to solidify the northern kingdom, now known as Israel, Jeroboam introduces a false way of worshipping God.
