Estimated Date: Uncertain but possibly 793 – 753 B.C.Synopsis: Jonah is one of the better-known prophets due to his incredible story. His example teaches us to do what God commands, even when we do not desire to do it. In the story of Jonah, we see the concern that God had for the nations during the time of the Old Law. The story of Jonah also teaches us to be grateful for the souls of all men.
